To meet with the demand we have in new markets, we are currently growing our customer care team in view of strengthening our friendly and professional customer service department.

Job Description

Your role will be to assist our customers via live chat and email in both the German and English language. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing team and to take part in developing our products. Initially, your working hours will be more or less fixed, with a plan to moving your work hours to shift work according to a schedule.


The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting our customers via live chat and email.
  • Helping our marketing team by doing other tasks, such as translation.
  • Constantly monitoring product usability and sharing your ideas to improve and further develop the user experience.


  • German language as mother tongue with good writing skills. Fluent English.
  • 2+ years experience in customer service.
  • Service minded and always willing to put an extra effort into every customer contact.
  • Proactive and innovative team player.
  • Experience in iGaming sector and knowledge of LGBT-segment is a plus!
